Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Environment SEWA Foundation, we value every donation and strive to use it effectively for our projects and initiatives.
1. Donations

All donations made to Environment SEWA Foundation are non-refundable once processed, as they are immediately allocated towards ongoing charitable activities.

Please ensure accuracy while filling out donation details, including the amount, donor information, and payment details.
2. Errors in Transaction

In case of a transaction error such as duplicate donations or incorrect charges, please notify us within 7 working days.

Upon verification, we may issue a refund or adjust the amount towards future donations.
3. Cancellations

Recurring donations can be canceled by emailing us at least 7 days before the next scheduled donation date.
